We use Amazon's network of fulfillment centers all around the world to deliver orders at the fastest possible speed. While our main warehouse and offices are located in California, your product may come from a fulfillment warehouse somewhere else. We always suggest customers to use 2-3 day shipping if they need it asap.

For our free shipping, it's typically 3-7 days. Most of the time it's 5 or less. For our paid expedited service, it's typically 1-3 days.

Please check under each cushion and in the small black warranty envelope. Most of the time, the key is hiding and not in fact missing. If you still can't find it, please email us at info@rothewllsf.com so we can send you a replacement. To expedite the process, please include your address and type of box.

We are so sorry that the cushions are not fitting your watches perfectly. It's virtually impossible to make one cushion that fits every wrist size. While we don't currently have a solution, we are coming out with smaller cushions in late Q4 2025. We expect them to be for sale during the holiday season or possibly right after it.

That is completely normal and how the travel case was designed. We designed the travel case to apply a little bit of pressure to the tops of the watches so they do not jostle around during transport. We found this provides the best protection for the watches.
